What you will need

  • 5 plus years of experience in online advertising in advertising Sales/BD.

  • Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising roles.

  • Relationships with key stakeholders and technology decision-makers at advertising agencies and advertisers.

  • Ability to bring a client roster of existing digital business. 

  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability.

  • Self-starter – able to tackle new clients or territories with little mentoring.

  • Quick learner – able to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes.

  • Experience in managing longer sales cycles with multiple partners, experience in selling white label partner desks. 

  • Comfortable working in a true collaborative true sales team environment.

  • Proven past track record of exceeding revenue expectations with a digital advertising company. 

What we are looking for

  • Experienced in managing new client set up, established advertisers, and known buying ad agencies.  

  • Opening the door for new opportunities by communicating to clients the value custom digital advertising. Comfortable across different digital channels and diversifying our Craft offering. 

  • A willingness to collaborate with team specialists and actively participating in the development of client strategies and custom plans.  

  • Owning client relationships and working with the accounts team to partner on the identification and closing of existing client up-sell opportunities

  • Experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders of small and large ad agencies. 

  • Be a representative for the company at business networking events, trade-shows, and industry events.

  • Passionate about transforming Sales, Customer Service, and digital marketing.
    Willingness to compete for business and your clients.

  • Track, manage, and report on Sales Pipeline in CRM system.

  • A get your hands dirty team player who demonstrates a positive, lets go get it done attitude everyday.

  • Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and pitch/present marketing strategies to clients.

  • A self starter in the truest sense. No idle hands wanted.

  • Believes in online advertising and eager to sell: Programmatic, Search, Social and Content.

  • Ability to thrive/contribute to a strong team environment of driving improvement while navigating change.

  • Commitment to grow sales and a proven track record – “A Never Quit attitude”.

  • Accountable and transparent with the ability to be driven to reach KPI goals with little supervision.

  • A good listener, and a strong communicator.

  • A pleasant, personable communicator (in-person, phone, and email).

  • Strong attention to detail, adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Believes in life-long learning and adapting to new technology and trends.
